As we are a small business we are unable to provide refunds if you change your mind.  However you are entitled to choose a refund OR credit OR exchange (if product is available), if the product you bought is:

Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.  Return postage will be reimbursed at Blushing Toms discretion.

 

ComplaintsAnswers to any enquiry or complaint will be easy to understand. They will be clear, concise, and straight to the point and directly address the original enquiry or complaint.  All people making a complaint will be treated with courtesy. 

We strive to resolve all complaints within 7 days.

Customers will be given an approximate timeframe at the time they make their complaint.  Customers will be informed of the progress of their complaint regularly, especially if there are any delays or changes to what has been agreed.

Customers will be informed of any changes to our products or services as a result of their complaint.

Where appropriate, customers who have had a complaint resolved will be contacted at a later date to see if they are happy with how their complaint was handled.

PrivacyAt Blushing Toms we strictly adhere to a Privacy Policy to ensure your personal information is kept confidential.  We ask for your details when you make a purchase online, or request further information about a product, or if you are a registered business, and have a wholesale enquiry.
The information you provide is only used for the purposes of order fulfilment, and providing you with information if requested.  From time to time we may provide you with bonus offers, send e-mail newsletters outlining special offers, new product launches that we feel may be of interest to you.

Postage & ShippingAll orders within Australia will be received by the customer within 7 days of the order being placed.  If the item is required earlier than this timeframe alternate shipping types can be arranged by contacting Blushing Toms via info@blushingtoms.com.  These arrangements will be on an ‘as needs’ basis.



Credit PolicyPayment for goods purchased from Blushing Toms must be made at point of sale or if the method of payment does not allow for this, within 7 days of purchase.  If payment is not received within 7 days the order will be cancelled.
